About JHA Ltd Registered Architects

Established in 2012, JHA Ltd is the NZIA registered practice of Jane Peddie ANZIA.

Before founding JHA, Jane worked as an Architect overseas and in New Zealand on a large range of projects from high-rise buildings to stadiums. Since 2012, she has enjoyed focusing on residential projects in a variety of locations in Canterbury, from Christchurch to Arthur’s Pass to Banks Peninsula.

JHA are experienced at helping with any stage of your project, no matter how big or small. Whether a new house, heritage work, or an alteration, we offer a personalised service focusing on your individual requirements and deliver elegant architectural solutions.

We are available to help with all stages of your project from concept design, liaising with consultants, providing detailed documentation for councils and right through to project administration and working with builders on site.
